Do QR My Pets work in my Country?
Yes, QR My Pets work world-wide; a great benefit for pets that travel.

I want to order two or more QR My Pets – one for each of my pets. Do I get a pet profile for each QR My Pet?
Yes. Each QR My Pet comes with its own unique QR My Pet profile. Once you have purchased a QR My Pet Tag, go to the website and follow the simple instructions to Activate Your Tag and Create A Pet Profile.

Do you charge any monthly or annual fees?
Nope. Your pet’s information is stored at QR My Pet.com free-of-charge. The price of the QR My Pet is all you pay.

Do I need a Smartphone to have a QR My Pet?
Nope. You can still view and update your pet’s profile by typing in the URL listed on your tag; for example www.QR My Pet.com/ID/yourIDhere. If you can browse a Web site, you can view a pet’s QR My Pet profile.

My Smartphone does not have a QR Reader.
Get one. They’re free, come in many shapes and sizes and all do the same thing.
Check on the compatibility of these readers with your phones as some readers work only on iPhones or Android phones.

What is a QR code?
QR (abbreviated from Quick Response) is a specific matrix barcode (or two-dimensional code) that is readable by Smartphones. Although initially used for tracking parts in vehicle manufacturing, QR codes enjoy a much broader context, including both commercial and convenience-oriented applications aimed at mobile phone users (termed mobile tagging).

What about Privacy?
The information you wish to share with the public about your pet is entirely up to you. You may elect to keep any or all fields within your Pet’s profile empty. You can also populate each field and elect not to display the information until needed. Should the worse ever happen you can log in to your profile at any time to update any of your information .
